Junior IT Project Manager

We will entrust you with:

• Leading the research of existing and new products, creating and managing the backlog, and defining user stories
• Planning and coordinating product releases, including functionality and timelines
• Representing customer interests and business needs
• Overseeing the development of key phases for both existing and new projects
• Promoting clear collaboration and communication between stakeholders
• Fostering continuous process improvements and best practices
• Leading the development team, prioritize tasks, and set direction

• Basic understanding of IT project management
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• The ability to lead and be a role model for a motivated team on the path to success
• Inspiration to overcome challenges and deliver results
• Ability to work within existing guidelines, while proactively proposing new solutions as you gain experience and grow in the role
• Focus on continuous learning and skill development
• Proficient both in Latvian and English

• Experience in eCommerce
• Magento experience
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
