Responsibilities:

  • Actively provide IT support to business users and properly communicate with them about IT related topics.
  • Maintain life cycle of IT assets & equipment. Analyses needs for new / refreshment of IT equipment.
  • Keep records of PCs & other IT equipment (e.g. monitors, iPADs, printers) and their relations in configuration management database (CMDB).
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and L2 support to deliver fast and efficient solutions.
  • Execute IT Projects & Tasks.
  • Help to maintain server & network & meeting rooms infrastructure.
  • Contributes to cybersecurity principles and tools deployment.
  • Prepare IT tools for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, user guides.
  • Participate on IT trainings and prepare training materials.
  • Maintain and develop IT knowledge.

Competences and skills needed:

  • Secondary (technical preferred).
  • 1 – 2 years professional experience.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Ability to collaborate within remote team.
  • Able to work independently, propose optimal IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office.
  • Basics on networking (LAN/WAN).
  • Technical skills to diagnose hardware and perform minor hardware fixes.
  • Fluent English and Latvian.
