Junior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a professional to join our team as Junior Legal Counsel.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the local Legal Counsel, as well Chief legal Counsel, local Management Team, Group Leadership Team and Group Functions in various daily business-related legal topics in energy sector related matters.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents.
• Support day-to-day legal matters, including corporate, commercial, regulatory topics, board resolutions and corporate records.
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation.
• Support communication with external stakeholders, including authorities and partners.
• Key contact point and coordinator for lender/bank KYC processes.

• Law school degree, 2.nd year MA studies can be ongoing.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in legal position.
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, utilities, or regulated sectors will be an advantage.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, good communication skills.
• Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken).
