As our Junior Product Analyst, you'll turn complex product workflows into clear, actionable requirements and help us build and scale high-quality investment experiences as we grow to millions of investors.

You will:

Lead research, define requirements, and structure findings into clear specs and documentation the team can act on.
Own and prioritize parts of the product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined tasks for the development team.
Analyze platform behaviour, investor workflows, and support data to identify issues, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain internal product documentation on Confluence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
Drive stakeholder communication — collecting requirements, preparing updates, and keeping alignment across functions.
Support release preparation — acceptance criteria, release notes, and QA coordination.
Track KPIs and prepare structured reports that connect data to product decisions.
Participate in discovery activities: user research, competitor tracking, and industry monitoring.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in business analysis, product management, or a similar role.
Experience and willingness to use LLM’s in daily work
Basic understanding of IT systems and product development processes.
Familiarity with backlog management and prioritisation of user stories.
Analytical and collaborative mindset, able to collect and structure data into clear insights; strong communication skills.
Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
