Darba apraksts

  • Guarantee the implementation of the sales improvements, established and prepare reports on the internal and external sales results as frequently as agreed in individual and project level.
  • Ensure regular calibration meetings with Client and the team.
  • Creating a sales plan and proactively experimenting to improve execution.
  • Manage and report on the sales quality shortcomings detected in the services of the area of responsibility.
  • Detect training needs, improvement actions, with the design, planning and coordination of the training linked to its service, following the procedures established at the Company
  • Develop and ensure the correct creation of all the materials required for the different training.
  • Train the Customer Service Representatives, Team Leaders and other involved people in sales and it's an improvement, specific methods using sales theory and best practices.
  • Creating and correcting tests and participating in the analysis of test results.
  • Establish objectives for the Customer Service Representatives with the Team Leaders and the Client Organisation.
  • Define and design action plans to improve sales in coordination with the Business Managers and the Client Organisation.
  • Prepare and analyse statistical reports on the sales results, notifying them with improvement proposals and approaches to perfect the metrics applied.
  • Coordinate the knowledge verification process, ensuring that the tests are executed, monitoring compliance with the process and guaranteeing its correct application.

    • Prasības kandidātiem

  • Minimum studies: Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Knowledge-based sales management.
  • Experience in managing a team in a consultative, relationship-building phone selling environment.
  • Have experience in monitoring skills and coaching skills related to behaviour-specific feedback.
  • Have a proven and successful track record of effective training in the CRM/Collection business or a closely related industry.
