Requirements
Main mission:
Launch of the new SPA concept with an internationally renowned top end spa brand
Principal tasks:
Providing exceptional customer service and performing massages and beauty treatments according to a set procedure.
Performing CRM and creating loyalty of in house and outside guests.
Setting up and optimization of the spa planning and menu.
Recommending additional spa services and up-sell of products.
Providing guidance to the spa team and encouraging teamwork.
Maintaining detailed records of treatments performed on each spa guest.
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas.
Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked & maintaining retail product program in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage operational cost.
Setting up of marketing actions.
Contributing on the selection process of the spa team.
Relaying information to the management of the hotel.
Working in synergy with each department for the promotion of the spa within the clientele
Your profile
Prerequisites:
Able to achieve and transmit high performances and adequate operational standards (LQA) Execute high quality treatments and be a leader for the future team.
Very good communication skills are essential.
Fluent in French and English, German would be an asset.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Entire availability to work on week ends.
Be flexible and passionate about your work.
Experience:
minimum of 3 to 5 years as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel or well-established spa branch
