Junior Sustainability Consultant

Vesta Consulting is a leading company in Baltic countries which provides sustainability consulting and sustainability certification services of world’s best building certification systems such as BREEAM, LEED, EDGE and WELL. Our aim is to help discover, understand and implement the principles of sustainability.

We have an exciting opportunity for a team member who would be passionate about global and local sustainability issues, architecture, engineering and/or real estate development. You will act as assistant to BREEAM International Assesso assistantr in the assigned program area of sustainability and BREEAM assessment in Riga office.

Your task will be:

• To participate in BREEAM projects in cooperation with BREEAM Assessor and various other stakeholders, i.e. architects, engineers, energy consultants and general contractors, with the aim to facilitate project outcomes to achieve world’s best practice results, reduce development’s impacts on the environment, climate and human health.
• Review technical documentation.
• Prepare document and report for BREEAM assessment and certification.
• Participation in the meetings with design teams and construction companies.
• Coordinate of BREEAM criteria implementation into design process and construction.
• Cooperation and communication with different stakeholders during BREEAM assessment.
• Visiting construction site.
