Latvian and Russian speaking e-mail and chat Customer Support Agent

Customer Service Agent role is a key role for our business. You need:

excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and Russian; at least intermediate skills in English;

very good computer and typing skills;

ability to focus on details and multitask;

strong active listening skills - give attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand and ask questions when appropriate;

problem solving skills and ability to adapt to change with positive attitude;

readiness to work flexible hours from 9:00 till 01:00 (Monday- Sunday).
