Lawyer (Jurists/-e)

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior-Level Lawyer to join our Legal Department. Previous experience working in the Fintech industry, such as at PI, EMI, VASP, or CASP, would be considered a strong advantage.Key responsibilities

• Negotiating amendments in payment processing agreements with merchants.
• Reviewing and negotiating agreements for payment services with banks and payment institutions.
• Drafting commercial agreements and other legal documents such as POAs and similar corporate paperwork.
• Reviewing and negotiating NDAs.
• Filing out questionnaires and applications at banks, vendors, and service providers.
• Drafting internal policies and procedures.
• Supporting group's financial licenses across the world and legal support in getting new ones.
• Analyzing regulations and laws of different countries to ensure compliance.

• Legal degree (Bachelor or Master).
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial sector.
• Common knowledge of EU financial regulation.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in our office at Duntes iela, Riga.
• Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian (both written and verbal).
