Lawyer

We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic, open minded young lawyer, who is keen to learn and evolve in international company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advising on day to day legal queries from across the business
• Advising on legal and commercial risk and proposing creative solutions to problems
• Close cooperation with law firms
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements
• Conduct active bureaucratic correspondence
• Communication with local governments Tax compliance

• Degree in Law
• Proficiency in Latvian and English/Russian both oral and written
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills
• Extremely organised, and professional
• A creative mind with an ability to challenge and suggest improvements
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
• Intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn
