Your responsibilities:

Organization of work of a small department: 2-3 people
Evaluation and selection of donor sites, according to given criteria
Work clearly on the plan of links strategy
Checking the placement of links, indexing new links, tracking broken and lost links
Building a quality link profile
Written communication with webmasters
Collecting, compiling, and maintaining donor databases
Basic reporting on the work done
