M365 Admin Architect

We are seeking an experienced M365 Admin Architect to support an M365 Admin Governance and Power Platform Remediation engagement. This platform-enablement workstream pairs hands-on remediation of Power Platform technical debt with validation and targeted remediation of an existing governance plan, ensuring production solutions have accountable owners, run on managed environment stacks, and can be operated independently by the client after the engagement.

This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

• Validate the existing Power Platform governance plan against the current tenant and environment configuration, producing a control-evidence and decision register (complete, ongoing, needs review, or remediation gap)
• Design the pilot access and escalation matrix, and confirm the M365/Power Platform administrator coverage model, privileged roles, and operating cadence
• Design pilot destination-environment controls — DLP, access, environment routing, and ALM settings — for assets migrating into the governed Dev/Test/Prod stack
• Own tenant, identity, governance, DLP, access, licensing, and administrative operating-model design for work implemented by the Power Platform Engineer

• 8+ years of proven experience administering and governing Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Platform Admin Center, and Entra ID (Azure AD), including privileged/role-based access
• Expertise in designing Managed Environments, DLP policies, and environment routing, as well as licensing models for Power Platform at tenant scale
• Capability to translate governance documentation into an evidence-backed, actionable control design
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for direct stakeholder workshops

Nice to have

• Prior experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit
• Familiarity with ALM, source control, and pipeline patterns for Power Platform solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Compliance
