THE ROLE

As a Credit Manager, you'll be responsible for managing daily credit operations for Scandinavia and lead the Team of Credit Analysts enhancing performance and promoting professional growth of individuals.

Main duties:

• Manage operational issues and challenges faced by team and ensure close dialog with various stakeholders across Circle K organization.
• Take an active part in knowledge transfer project.
• Drive process improvements, quality and standardization efforts for credit decision and credit monitoring processes.
• Develop and maintain motivated and high-performing team.
• Manage team operational planning, staffing requirements, recruitment process and performance reviews.
• Other duties delegated by direct superior.

• University degree in Finance / Economics.
• Good understanding of credit governance, lending principles and processes.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, with a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Experience with people management and good communication skills.
• A good understanding of process optimization and experience with continuous process improvements.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
