What will your day look like?
- Organize, supervise, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the unit.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare, analyze, and present regular business and performance reports.
- Oversee the unit's financial and operational performance, ensuring accurate financial control, budgeting, and compliance with company procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver corporate events, private functions, and special occasions, ensuring an outstanding and memorable guest experience.
You will be successful if you:
- At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
- A strong understanding of excellent customer service standards and the ability to coach and inspire others to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to set goals, drive performance, and achieve business objectives.
- A proactive, positive, and energetic personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using standard business software and systems.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
