Marketing Manager

MARKETING MANAGER Are you curious and courageous with a passion for people, our brand and marketing? Are you also visionary with the ability to make things happen? If so, do continue to read! We are now searching for a Marketing Manager to Latvia and Lithuania which will be a joint role for both markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Marketing activities in both markets. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Build and maintain the H&M Brand in Latvia and Lithuania. • Set and follow up the local marketing and commercial plan together with the sales team. • Use customer data and insights to improve the local marketing plans. • Maximise spending efficiencies through external and owned media channels to support the H&M brand. • Lead the marketing team according to H&M values. • Set and manage the marketing budget.

To succeed in this role we believe you have: • Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications. • Working in or with a media agency is a plus. • Previous experience from managing teams including leading other leaders in a retail environment is a given. • Proven track record of leading and driving results. • Strategic mindset and strong planning and prioritizing skills. • A fashion background/deep interest and knowledge of fashion. • Clear communication and presentation skills, including excellent written and spoken English and Latvian or Lithuanian. This is a temporary contract covering maternity leave. The position is based in Riga or Vilnius (depending on the candidate) and requires flexibility of traveling between two countries.
