New Product Introduction Team Lead

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) projects, in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Drive portfolio optimization initiatives, by complexity reduction and product portfolio harmonization.
• Manage the product phase-out process, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment across functions.
• Ensure accurate and reliable SKU Master Data creation and maintenance, supporting operational excellence across the organization.
• Support effective planning through dedicated tools and processes.
• Monitor new product launch performance and quality, partnering with commercial teams.
• Contribute to monthly closing and periodic reporting providing relevant insights.
• Support the budgeting process related to new products and portfolio developments.

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, supply chain, product management, or project management, preferably in production.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, ideally related to new product launches or portfolio management.
• Experience working with product master data, SKU management, ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Good command of English.
