Norwegian Speaking Junior Solution Consultant

TietoEVRY in Latvia invites to join our Data Security and Support department, Data Platforms team. It was established in 2013 in Riga. Data Platforms team provides IT services from 1st line support till implementation of customers and new solutions for corporate customers in public, bank and business sectors. We provide IT training for employees to be able to ensure IT support to our customers and develop further within IT field. As well as working normal business hours and possibility to work from home within Latvian border!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, IT technicians.
• Manage successful delivery of customer implementations, service changes for existing customers and take part of improvement projects for customers and processes.
• Follows up on customer implementations, identify and solve customer implementation related incidents.
• Participate in customer meetings together with Customer Service Managers; negotiate and form effective communication and productive relationships with customer.
• Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Norwegian language, as well as English.
• Relevant work experience or experience within invoice distribution, data processing, technical support considered as advantage.
• Fast learner and detail-oriented personality with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Respectful and empathetic personality with excellent teamwork, cooperation and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Inspire Designer, SQL, XML, UNIX/LINUX, Programming languages (Java, C++, Python etc..) considered as advantage.
