What you will do:

• Be the face of the company and provide support to team members within own competence
• Ensure smooth daily operations of our office
• Organize business trips for your colleague and take care of all reporting
• Manage all document cycle and archive in the company as well as perform other administrative tasks
• Take care of ordering, distribution and accounting of various goods
• Be in charge of ideas and organization of company events
• Take care of all promotional material ideas and supply

Your skills and personality:

• Knowledge about administrative legislation and document processing is a plus
• Good Latvian, Russian and English language skills
• Creative and systematic approach to problem solving
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Customer service oriented and proactive personality with can-do attitude and great communication skills
