Job Description

The Operations & Logistics Specialist is the backbone of our supply chain. You will be responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods - from coordinating high-volume collections from international suppliers to ensuring the final "last-mile" delivery to our B2B partners and B2C customers in the Baltics and Nordics.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in logistics, operations, or supply chain management (experience in retail/wholesale business a plus) and knowledge of Land, Air, Sea shipments is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (Moneo or similar) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics infrastructure and courier networks in the Baltics and Nordics.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Latvian
  • Logistics Mastery: Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, customs documentation, and international shipping regulations.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Global Inbound Coordination: Manage shipment collections and freight forwarding from international brand factories (EU, ASIA, USA) to our central hub.
  • Regional Distribution: Oversee B2B logistics for major retail accounts in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, and Denmark, ensuring strict adherence to delivery windows.
  • E-commerce Fulfillment (B2C): Coordinate via our warehousing team/partners the daily pick-and-pack and dispatch operations, optimizing for speed and customer satisfaction.
  • Courier Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with regional delivery partners (Omniva, DPD, Itella/Posti, Venipak, DHL) to maintain competitive rates and service levels.
  • Inventory & Systems: Utilize our Moneo ERP system to ensure real-time stock accuracy across all digital and physical channels.
  • Reverse Logistics: Efficiently manage the returns and exchanges process, a critical component of our footwear e-commerce strategy.
