Planning Manager

Latvia based aircraft maintenance organization Airline Support Baltic is looking for Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Create and Assembles the work package including, but not limited to work orders, maintenance forms, inspection forms, service bulletins, checklists, technical data and engineering orders using the company’s software.
• Communication with customer regarding the work scope.
• Perform record keeping in a manner designated by the Company.
• Perform additional functions (essential or otherwise) as may be assigned from time to time.
• Review short, mid, and long term maintenance forecasts.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office package.
• High sense of duty and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail in making timely operational decisions.
• Attention to details and well organized with strong planning skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak Standard English for routine business correspondence and for producing work products.
• Interest in acquiring new knowledge and learning.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge through the local airport authority.
