Procurement Specialist

Your main tasks:

• plan and place orders in accordance with procurement procedures;
• liaise with organizational units to clarify order details;
• register orders and ensure the processing and timely circulation of documentation;
• compile information regarding the most favorable terms;
• monitor order fulfillment deadlines.

• prior work experience in procurement within an electronics or telecommunications company
• very good English language skills 6 both written and spoken
• a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• good interpersonal and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• experience and the ability to work with a large number of technical procurement items
• an education in the exact sciences
