Product Designer

We are looking for a highly driven Product Designer to join our team. In this role you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. If you have a desire to grow and take on new challenges, we will consider the opportunity for you to become a Product Owner as well. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric designs. Your work will have a direct impact on how customers interact with our products and services.

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Improve user conversion, retention and engagement with design solutions across the whole product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design process.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
• Experience in Product Management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (comfortable with auto-layouting, components and all the features Figma provides for efficient design work) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Precision and organisation when creating and maintaining designs.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
• Strong ability to prioritize between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
