Are you passionate about products, customers, and making machines perform better? We’re looking for a PRODUCT SPECIALIST – REBUILDS AND WEAR PARTS who wants to own a product category, work closely with sales and customers, and turn technical knowledge into real business results.

What you’ll do

Be the goto expert for wear parts across the organization
Work sidebyside with sales teams to grow parts sales and customer value
Advise customers on applications that improve productivity and lower operating costs
Drive product performance through smart inventory, data analysis, and market insight
Lead product launches, campaigns, training sessions, and customer events
Help shape sales targets and grow the wear parts category across the Baltics

Competencies & Skills

Experience in product support, technical sales, parts, or a similar role
Strong customer focus and confidence working with sales teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Fluent English + at least one Baltic language (EE/LV/LT)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
