Production Engineer

• Perform the industrialization of composite products.
• Design Jigs, Fixtures and molds for composite parts required for production.
• Design and implement new production processes, including equipment selection and layout.
• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to minimize waste, reduce costs and cycle times.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare Process Flow Diagrams, P-FMEA and written instructions for production technicians.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.

• Proven experience as a Production Process Engineer or NPI Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly and testing.
• Familiar with PPAP elements.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience working in ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken Latvian and English language.
