Production Technician (Epsilon Department))

Job Description

Perform assembly, packaging, and post-processing of electronic systems, products, and components.

  • Assemble, adjust, and test electronic assemblies and products according to technical requirements.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, tools, and assembly fixtures in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment and tools remain in proper working condition.
  • Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or product non-conformities to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Select and prepare materials required for production tasks.
  • Inspect components and materials before assembly and report any quality issues prior to starting work.
  • Follow technical documentation, work instructions, quality standards, safety regulations, and supervisor instructions.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Secondary education; technical or vocational education is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production is preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools and production equipment is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good command of Latvian; English language skills are considered an advantage.
