Project management of low current systems installation in different types of buildings: warehouses, administrative buildings, stores and etc.

Job description:

• Leadership of installation in buildings.
• Delegation of works to supervisors.
• Human resources calculations and allocation.
• Immediate communication with costumers and General contractors.
• Budget of project planning.
• Selection and control of sub-contractors.
• Preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation with costumers.
• Preparation of as-built documentation, operating instruction.
• Pursuit of company strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Great perception of technical drawings.
• Multitasking.
• Great negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking.
