We are hiring a Project Coordinator to ITAB.

You will be working in one of our international teams, from our office in Latvia. ITAB Group, with headquarter in Sweden, sells, designs, develops, manufactures, and installs complete shop concepts for consumer brands and retail chainstores. With our expertise, long-term relations, and innovative solutions ITAB is at the forefront as partner in the consumerretail business.

The Project Coordinator will strengthen our project and customer team who services a large global customer. You will be supporting the project team consisting of Project managers and the Global account director with creation of orders in ITABs finance system for purchasing, transportation, as well as create order confirmations, invoices, shipping documents, and similar documentation.

To be a successful Project Coordinator, you should have excellent administrative and problem solving skills and you should have prior experience as a user of finance / ERP systems. Most importantly, you should be curious, and you should have strong communication and customer service skills.

Your new job activities include:

• Coordinate and manage project time-plans, filing excel documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Inputting orders using ERP system (JEEVES), including the creation of customers and suppliers in our ERP system aswell as item creation, and cost adjustments in the system, as well as reporting to the department director.
• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Respond to customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Keeping track of and reporting on project and order progress.
• Completing tasks assigned by the Project managers or Global account director in an efficient and timely manner.

Our new colleague has:

• Experience as a Project coordinator, Customer service, Accounting, or in other administrative positions.
• Experience with ERP system, if Jeeves – it is a plus, but you will easily learn and will get training.
• Good computer skills (mainly MS Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
• Good language skills, mainly English, both written and spoken.
• Well-organized, strong attention to details and responsible with a “can do” attitude.
• A team player with high level of dedication and flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
