Engineer calculation conduct:

• Prepare calculation scheme.
• Calculate kinematic and dynamic parameters of mechanisms.
• Calculate loads in constructions.
• Conduct thermodynamical calculations.
• Calculate sizes of constructions, mechanisms, nuts and parts.
• Calculate showings of part strenght and durability.

Designing of machines and devices:

• Clarify conditions of machine application and explotation.
• Get acquainted with current analogue constructions.
• Get acquainted with current technical documentation.
• Find out consumers’ wishes and requirements.
• Developed draft project.
• Confirm project with the client.
• Develop summary drawing.
• Develop drawings of nuts and parts.
• Develop necessary technical documentation.
• Evaluate risk of the product.

Development of technology:

• Get acquainted with drawing of the products.
• Calculate assortment and quantity of necessary materials.
• Determine assortment and number of processing and measuring tools.
• Calculate modes of processing.
• Calculate number of benches.
• Plan route of products.
• Plan transition sequence.

Preparation of production:

• Develop production technologies of preparations.
• Develop manufacturing technologies of parts.
• Plan movement routes of parts.
• Develop positioning plans of benches;
• Calculate usage of tools;
• Determine necessity of auxiliaries and ensure their manufacturing;
• Develop system of transporting and storage of parts;
• Carry out standardization of works.

Planning of production:

• Get acquainted with technical documentation.

• Calculate amounts of production.
• Determine type and number of necessary benches.
• Plan space and number of necessary rooms.
• Calculate necessary amount of raw materials.

• Harmonization of technical specifications.
• To monitor and track project progress schedule.
• Prepare management reports on the progress of the project.

• Preparation of manufacturing drawings.
• Preparation of documentation.
• Organization of meetings related to the project.

• You have minimum 1-3 years of experience from a similar position.
• You have a university degree in mechanical engineering.
• You have skills in and talent for performing independent design and construction.
• You have experience with working in Inventor or SolidWorks.
• You work in an organised and structured manner.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You have a high energy level and are able to prioritise in a busy environment.
