WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Furniture Project Manager who oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. Our team will welcome a Project Manager who is able to work cooperatively and effectively with others, to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

YOUR MISSION FOR SUCCESS:

• Independent furniture production project management and realization according company’s standards;
• Create and coordinate a detailed production work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully provide the project;
• Determine the resources (time, material, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project;
• Cooperate with supplyers, ordering materials for the projects;
• Customer contact (corrections, terms and prices negotiation);
• Sending of quotations, project time plans, order confirmations and invoices to customers;
• Ready to learn new ERP system;
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.

• Education preferably in technical field (woodworking industry) would be an asset;
• Previous experience or knowledge in the furniture manufacturing;
• Knowledge of furniture materials and fittings is preferable;
• If you can use SketchUp/AutoCad this is a plus;
• Good computer knowledge (super user of MS-Office, especially Excel, any ERP system);
• Excellent English and Latvian.
