• Develop a product portfolio and enhance sales in your area in accordance with corporate strategy.
• Recommend and advise on products at the distributor/farmer level, as well as monitor product usage.
• Raise brand awareness for the company through various marketing and sales promotion initiatives.
• Gather business intelligence data about the market, products, distribution, and competition.
• Conduct trials with trusted partners in order to tailor our solutions to the needs of our clients.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• An agronomist with at least 3 years of expertise in the industry. Someone who will develop and manage LATVIA's sales plan and commercial strategy in close coordination with commercial management, with significant support from all departments involved in market development.
• Someone who approaches management in a proactive manner, offering all improvement activities for the area's development and for the many partners. In addition to establishing synergies with other departments to support continuous improvement.
• A strong capacity for negotiation and communication is essential, and we are looking for someone who knows how to create positive workplace settings, as ours is, and we are proud of it, a highly friendly and professional atmosphere.
