Catalyst Purchasing Unit Coordinator / Manager

We are looking for a proactive and responsible person to join our team and take on a strategic role – developing a catalyst purchasing unit in Morocco.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing the unit: from initial market contacts to organizing daily operations and ensuring results.

Location: Morocco (on-site).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and developing the purchasing unit: implementing processes, organizing and supervising operations.
  • Identifying new clients, partners, and suppliers, and building long-term relationships.
  • Conducting negotiations and defining cooperation terms.
  • Managing the catalyst purchasing process: raw material evaluation, pricing, quality, and quantity control.
  • Ensuring administrative processes: data entry, report preparation, and working with CRM systems.
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring the competitive environment; providing suggestions for performance improvement.
  • Building a team and delegating tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • French language – a strong advantage.
  • Category B driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and build operations from scratch.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactiveness, responsibility, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Experience in sales, purchasing, or management – an advantage (preferred candidates).
