Head of Procurement (Industrial Engineering)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Procurement to lead and oversee all procurement and supply chain activities across our projects. This senior role will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, optimising supply chain performance, and ensuring the organisation secures goods and services on the most favourable commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all sourcing and tendering activities, ensuring best value, quality, and risk mitigation
• Oversee contract negotiations, execution, and supplier due diligence processes
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Act as the senior escalation point for supplier-related issues and risk management
• Drive efficiency and cost optimisation across the supply chain
• Oversee import/export operations across the EU, UK, and US
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, duties, and tax requirements
• Lead and support the department team to ensure efficient operations

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain leadership role
• Strong expertise in tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Solid understanding of international trade (EU, UK, US) and associated regulations
• Experience working with electrical and mechanical subcontractors is highly desirable
• Fluent in English 
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK as required
