Quality Assurance Consultant

We are looking for a full time Quality assurance consultant for our Team in Daugavpils and your task will be to ensure that the final product observes the company's quality standards.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Analyze and report the testing results.
• Implement necessary Quality Frameworks and Structures.
• Collect statistics and identify the root cause analysis method to identify defects.
• Provide efficient solutions for various types of issues.

Our requirements are:

• Very good Russian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience using Excel and/or Google spread sheets including but not limited to conditional formatting (v-lookup, count-if, pivot tables etc.).
• Analytical skills.
• Effective presentation and report writing skills.
• Experience of applied coaching methodology will be considered as an advantage.
