Quality Assurance Manager

• Managing the quality department.
• Develop and implement effective quality control processes.
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
• Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback on product quality.
• Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Inspect the final output and compare properties to requirements.
• Approve the right products or reject defectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
• Meet with customers and discuss quality matters.
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
• Look for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.

• Proven experience as a quality manager.
• A conscientious and responsible attitude.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• Outstanding communication skills in Latvian and English.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

• Salary range from 2000 EUR gross depending on experience and qualification.
