Recruitment Consultant

Your tasks:

Responsibility for temporary employment and staff selection projects.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using job portals, social media, databases, etc.

Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our clients’ vacancies.

Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles in Latvia and abroad.

Experience in recruitment, preferably in temporary employment agency or international production company.

Knowledge of recruitment tools and methods.

Problem solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good English and Russian Proficiency.
