Our 4 hospitality management schools, alongside the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, offer undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. With a variety of specialisations on offer, ranging from Events Management to Finance, we encompass 7 brands across 6 state-of-the-art campuses (Brig, Le Bouveret, Caux, Leysin, Lucerne, Montreux) all supported by our corporate head office in Montreux.
For our campus César Ritz Colleges in Luzern we are looking for a
Restaurant Supervisor (100%)
Requirements
Starting Date: November 2020
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and cafeteria on a daily basis with the support of the trainees
- Provide staff and students with quality service at all times 7 days a week
- Complement the practical training of students by supervising additional working hours during their practical duties
- Ensure Communication between the service and kitchen staff
- Control of beverage and service material inventories
Your profile
Qualities and qualifications:
- Degree in hospitality or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in teaching is a strong asset
- Passionate about food & beverage
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, German is a plus
- Maturity, Initiative, flexible on working hours, well organised and attentive to details
