Your role is to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams. This includes the responsibility for achieving guest satisfaction through managing and leading the Front Office operation, overseeing and participating in the prompt and courteous welcome and farewell of guests whilst creating an environment built on teamwork. It also includes responsibility for achieving the Front Office and Housekeeping budgets, and you therefore come with a great interest in and understanding of the financial aspects related to your disciplines. Furthermore, you will oversee the quality delivery process and ensure that all Park Inn by Radisson Standards are in place.

Job requirements and qualifications:
• We see that you have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel with a proven track record in guest service excellence
• You are fluent in a Latvian language as well as in English; it is an advantage if you speak other languages as well
• You have a talent for motivating and engaging team members
• You have a proven record of accomplishment in maximizing Room Revenue and Guest Satisfaction
