Hallgruppen is an international company in strong growth, and we are now strengthening our salesforce for Hallgruppen Baltics. Hallgruppen Baltics started operations in Latvia during the winter of 2018. Our warehouse and base are located in Ķekava.

Are you independent, passionate about sales and enjoy building good customer relationships? We are looking for an energetic and committed salesconsultant in Latvia with a background preferably from the hall or construction industry.

As a sales consultant in Hallgruppen, your main tasks will be to sell halls and building site tents and build relationships with new and existing customers. You will both follow up on the customers in our portfolio and look for new potential customers and explore new markets. Our clients list contains both small and large companies in a wide range of industries World wide, and their needs are very diverse. You will play an important role in identifying customer needs and finding the optimal solution.

Work tasks:

• Sales of halls and building site tents.
• Contact and follow up new and existing customers.
• Expansion of the customer portfolio.
• Preparation and follow-up of tenders.
• Co-operation with other departments in the planning and implementation of projects.
• Inspections during the preparation of tenders, at the start of projects and at their completion.
• Contributing to the development of our products and solutions.
• Participation in trade fairs.
• Some travelling for fairs, customer visits and project follow-up.

• Experience in sales in the B2B market.
• Experience in a sales role in the hall or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, both English and Latvian language.
• Customer and market orientated.
• Good co-operation skills both internally and externally.
• Goal-orientated and result-oriented.
• Works well both independently and in groups.
• Microsoft Office and generally good IT skills.
• Structured.
• Personal qualities.
