Role purpose

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on sales leader who can actively support, coach and develop our sales team through daily execution and practical leadership.

The main focus of this position is:

  • daily sales leadership;
  • coaching and supporting the team;
  • developing rookie salespeople;
  • improving execution standards;
  • helping solve difficult sales situations;
  • and driving consistent sales performance.

The person in this role must be willing to lead from the front and stay close to the daily sales reality.

Main responsibilities:

Team leadership and daily execution:

  • Make sure sales KPIs are reached consistently.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, including calls, offers, follow-ups, conversion rates and closed deals.
  • Follow sales pipelines, activity levels and performance.
  • Create strong daily sales discipline.

Coaching and rookie development:

  • Improve the confidence and mindset of a successful salesperson.
  • Help rookies build strong daily habits, resilience and belief in their ability to sell successfully.
  • Help improve communication, sales skills and confidence.
  • Give feedback and help improve performance.

Hands-on sales support:

  • Participate in difficult sales situations and negotiations.
  • Be actively involved in sales work when necessary.
  • Lead through practical example and credibility.

Cooperation with management:

  • Share practical market and team feedback.
  • Help improve sales processes and team performance.
  • Support implementation of company goals and direction.
