* successful customer relationship management (salons + assisting in retail) through meetings, phone calls, e-mails, etc.
* making sure that maximum result and set KPIs with collaboration is achieved
* campaign plans in cooperation with sales manager/marketing department
* selling products and advising clients about the products
* preparing sales offers, according to the established profitability expectations, preparing the product information required by the customer
* keeping clients informed on any changes in the assortment or product information
* new client prospecting and the dream list are on the sight
* territory Latvia (it is remote working position, company's office is located Tallinn)
- at least 2 - years of active sales experience
- in addition to Latvian, very good knowledge of English
- B2B sales experience - cooperation experience with salons, beauty and retail chains
- ability to work independently and to achieve set objectives
- excellent communication, argumentation, and cooperation skills
- perseverance and a well-thought-out approach
- readiness to travel
