Sales Manager

• Be external ambassador of Carglass®  brand for B2B clients in Latvia by selling its products and services; 
• Pro-active networking and efficient contacting of B2B clients by visiting them in-person, performing active calls, presenting presentations, organizing demonstrations and training; 
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, exercise negotiations, sign cooperation agreements with the business partners;
• Research market for potential business opportunities by analyzing new salles channels and identifying B2B needs;
• Participate in solving difficult and not standard situations while serving B2B clients;
• On demand, be ready to support B2B / B2C clients’ sales at the company premises (within the network) by teaming with colleagues in front-line and / or call center;
• Preparation of periodic reports and performing other sales tasks delegated by the senior colleagues.

• At least 2 years’ experience in corporate sales and relationship management; 
• Open minded with high passion in active B2B sales development;
• Team player being comfortable internally and externally to interact across various organizational layers;
• Able to communicate in a clear, structured and professional manner;
• Ability to work independently, multitask and take on responsibilities;  - Speak and write fluently in Latvian and Russian languages.
