Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Role Key Accountabilities:
  • active search for new business clients and build, develop and maintain drive and generate additional revenue within Latvia country, through new sales and existing clients in archiving and document management services. This is a role, encompassing all the traditional disciplines of identifying opportunities, revenue delivery and building relationships with customers customer relationships with existing clients across Latvia country;
  • reach out to customer leads through calling , meetings or linkedIn;
  • communicate with current and potential customers on a regular basis;
  • submit reports on sales activity regularly, maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers, update sales data & figures on the Salesforce platform
  • visiting clients and potential ones daily basis;
  • meet the commercial targets (quarterly & yearly).

    • Requirements

    Experience & Qualifications
  • 2 years’ experience in commercial or relevant field;
  • sales experience within archiving or document management field – a big advantage;
  • a team player who shows respect for customers, employees and colleagues at all times, pragmatic in approach and able to demonstrate good work ethics during all interactions in a fair and consistent manner;
  • orientation to results and openness to innovation;
  • excellent inter-person and communication skills;
  • upper level English language skills;
  • driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within Latvia country on client meetings;
  • ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with all levels of the organization.
