Job Description

On behalf of Granit Parts Germany, we are looking for a dedicated, outgoing Sales Manager based in Latvia. As a Sales Manager, you must help to strengthen Granit Parts many concepts and services and to expand the position in these areas: Agriculture, Garden and Forestry, Hydraulics, Industry Primary tasks:
  • Work closely with the customers to sell agricultural replacement parts.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Serving and visiting customers based on a weekly visit plan.
  • Provide Market and Competitive Intelligence.
  • Train dealers/customers on use of systems, processes, and products.
  • Expand Granit Parts position in the area.
  • Keep up to date with the current promotional offers.
  • Based on customer visits, provide visit reports and record activities in CRM system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and relevant fairs.
  • Be responsible for your own sales budget.
  • Requirements

  • Technical understanding of the Agriculture industry and products.
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 70%.
  • Knowledge of existing and target accounts within territory (Latvia).
  • Excellent German or English language skils.
  • Previous experience in active sales.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • IT knowledge at user level.
  • B driving licence.
