JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with salon partners in Latvia. This is a mobile, people-oriented role that involves active communication, negotiations, and face-to-face meetings. Daily work is conducted mainly in Latvian; English (B1 level) is needed to communicate with colleagues in Estonia and Lithuania, also to participate in international trainings.
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
- Has previous B2B sales experience
- Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships with ease
- Works independently and takes ownership of results
- Has good command of Latvian and basic English
- Holds a Category B driver’s license
