Sales Specialist

Latvian Start-up company is looking for a new team member.

Our area of expertise is IT system development – we have developed an innovative product which allows companies to manage large amounts of customer records, starting from initial registration/ application for service and daily communication and ending with provision of service, management of incoming/ outgoing payments, etc.

Our potential customers and partners are companies which are working with end-consumer claims and/ or complaints, such as, compensation claim agencies, consumer representatives or agencies defending consumers which have suffered financial losses from retailers that have been part of cartel agreements, insurance companies, legal offices and other companies working with private persons.

Your responsibilities:

Your key responsibility will be finding and communicating with the companies that suit our customer profile and gradually increasing our subscribers list. In other words, you will be responsible for:

• Search and attraction of new customers/ subscribers.
• Presentation of our IT system (mostly on-line via video calls).
• Daily communication with new and existing customers/ subscribers.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in sales of ERP, CRM systems or other software.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills (mostly MS Office).
• Energy and motivation to achieve the goals.
• Project management skills will be considered an advantage.
