Sales Support Specialist

• Efficiently handle data entry tasks, including customer information, orders and documents related to orders and various updates.
• Independently handle routine customer inquiries, direct complex issues to the appropriate team members, as well as to coordinate necessary information for the team.
• Prepare and organize necessary documentation for sales transactions and operations history records.
• Assist and support Sales Team in handling different administrative tasks and reports.
• Coordinate information regarding orders, product deliveries, reporting etc. within the company and the customers.

• Fluency in Latvian and English is mandatory, as well as proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, or Spanish.*
• At least 2 years experience in administrative, Sales or Customer Support roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, by keeping focus and attention to details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using of different systems, for example MS Office, Bitrix24 CRM, Microsoft Axapta etc., to track customer information, product offer and order information, sales activities and follow ups.
