Sales Team Lead

Delivering more than 10 million parcels per year, LP EXPRESS is the fastest-growing parcel network in Lithuania. Currently, operating under the name Unisend, it is expanding into Latvia and assembling a team of professionals in the parcel sector. Currently, we are seeking a proactive and highly communicative Sales Team Lead to join our team.

• Manage and develop sales to small and medium-sized business customers, ensuring achievement of sales targets;
• Acquire new business customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients;
• Lead, organize, and supervise the team’s daily activities and performance;
• Support, motivate, and develop team members, including onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews;
• Manage assigned customer accounts, including CRM updates, contract coordination, and follow-up activities;
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable service solutions;
• Monitor customer payment obligations and contract execution.

• Has higher education;
• Has at least 1 year of B2B sales experience;
• Has experience in leading, coordinating, or mentoring a team, or strong motivation to grow into a team leadership role;
• Has excellent Latvian and good English skills, both spoken and written;
• Is proficient in MS Office;
• Has a valid driving license;
• Is able to motivate others, take ownership, and work independently;
• Demonstrates responsibility, initiative, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills;
• Has knowledge of parcel delivery, logistics, or e-commerce services — this would be considered an advantage.
