  • Serve as a coach to Product Owners, Developers, Analysts, and other team members on Agile practices.
  • Promote team ownership, accountability, and high performance by identifying and removing delivery roadblocks;
  • Help Agile teams assess and improve their Agile maturity through self-reflection, feedback loops, and actionable insights;
  • Support collaboration across distributed teams and ensure alignment with D&A program goals.
  • Track team metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) and use data to inform coaching and decision-making;
  • Proactively escalate risks, blockers, and capacity constraints to Program and Product leadership;
  • Coordinate with Agile Project Managers and Portfolio Leads to align team efforts with larger initiative timelines.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Agile community of practice within Global D&A;
  • Partner with the PMO team to uphold delivery standards and support the implementation of scaled Agile practices;
  • Help evolve shared templates, tools, and ceremonies to promote consistency across teams.
