NB! This is a fixed term position for 1.5 years.

The team/project:

We support the digital transformation in sales and service processes for B2B customers through all channels by developing and operating the best digital experience and services.

As a Scrum Master/Team Coach you will support two teams in applying agile methods, foster open communication and remove obstacles that hinder the progress.

As a part of the team, you will:

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and restrospectives
• Remove impediments and foster an environment that encourages collaboration and problem solving
• Contribute together with the Product Owner in ensuring the teams capability of delivering constant business value
• Develop your team towards high effectiveness in planning, coordinating and creating value, continuously improving performance.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and development

• In-depth Agile and Lean know-how (for example Scrum, Kanban, flow management, SAFe, self-organization)
• Facilitation, mentoring and coaching
• Team development and conflict management
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Sense of entrepreneurial behavior and ability to think in a networked way
• Proactive, pragmatic problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Strong servant leadership attitude

• A foundational knowledge of DevOps practices will be regarded as an advantage
