Archimede Solutions provides highly qualified and customized services from data protection impact assessment (DPIA), to gap analysis, audit and certification. Its expertise encompasses international, European and national data protection regulations, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), as well as standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701.
Archimede Solutions is also actively engaged in several European research projects with a focus on personal data protection, cybersecurity, and end-user engagement. It has supported the development of the Europrivacy certification scheme on GDPR conformity, as well as several innovative tools and services.

Secretary and Administrative Assistant

Archimede Solutions SARL is looking for an enthusiastic Secretary and Administrative Assistant with an excellent level of English.

The candidate must have a formal University or business school qualification and an excellent level of English.

The work can be performed remotely from home. Full time and part time applications are welcome. Work time is flexible and most of the time the selected candidate will have the possibility to adapt his/her work hours according to his/her preferences.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Excellent level of English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Sense of responsibility and strong attention to details.

Desired:

  • Formal qualification in accounting.
  • University qualification a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Speaking French would be a plus.

Duties

  • Handle incoming email messages and registration processes.
  • Handle incoming requests and messages.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as invoicing and reporting.
  • Support the human resources management.
  • Prepare invoices and payments.
  • Prepare activity reports.
  • Support communication and event organising.
